International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented MCN Investments Ltd., a holding company for Habi, the leading residential real estate technology company in Latin America, in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a $30 million financing agreement with the International Finance Corporation and Victory Park Capital. The investment will improve the buying and selling process for working and middle-class families in Mexico and Colombia.
