International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. (ABC), and its subsidiaries, in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of an amend and extend and refinancing of its $1.415 billion term loan facility with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent. Among other things, ABC extended the maturity of their term loans into a new seven-year credit facility.
The McDermott finance team was led by Stephanie McCann and included George Houhanisin, Stephen Pedersen, Caitlin Harrington, Daniel Mayor, Noah Green and Robin Riley.
