McDermott Represents A.M. Castle & Co. in its Sale to MiddleGround Capital

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented A.M. Castle & Co., a leading provider of metals, services and supply chain solutions serving industrial and aerospace customers, in its sale to MiddleGround Capital, an operationally focused private equity firm that makes control investments in middle market manufacturing B2B industrial and specialty distribution companies globally.

The McDermott deal team was led by Eric Orsic, Ann Marie Brodarick and Ryan Forman and included Greg Heltzer, Ty Carson, Alex Farr, Dino Ilievski, Patrick Ryan, Dan O’Neil, Brian Mead, David Saunders, Sarah Bro, David Levine, Jacob Hollinger, Stephane Dionnet, Sabine Nauges and Deniz Tschammler.
