Jennifer Rogalski advises national and international clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law.
Her practice focuses on assisting companies and investors in complex corporate transactions, particularly in the technology, healthcare, logistics and infrastructure sectors. In addition, her advisory work includes national and international reorganizations, strategic joint ventures as well as management participation programs.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Jennifer worked in the private equity department of another leading international law firm in Frankfurt/Main.
