McDermott Advises ODDO BHF AM on the Final Closing of Secondaries Fund II

McDermott Will & Emery advised ODDO BHF AM on the final closing of its second secondary fund ODDO BHF Secondaries Fund II at EUR715 million.

This closing exceeded the initial target of EUR500 million.

With this second vintage, ODDO BHF AM is pursuing its strategy of addressing all types of secondary transactions worldwide (including continuation-GP led funds), with a particular focus on mid- and large-cap assets.
