Agathe Marcelin focuses her practice on private equity investment funds structuring and fundraising. She advises management companies and investment services providers in their activities (regulatory approvals, marketing rules, management companies’ establishment and restructuring).
She counsels both French and international investors on business with private equity funds, as well as assisting clients in primary and secondary transactions, including GP-led fund restructuring and other liquidity solutions transactions.
