Overview
Elisa Mapelli focuses her practice on employment law, trade union matters and labour litigation. She advises national and international companies in relation to all aspects of employment and self-employment relationships, including hiring, remuneration and incentive plans, company welfare, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, temporary and permanent lay-off procedures, transfer of business as a going concern and, in general, termination of the relationship.
Elisa is experienced in advising managers and directors on executive contracts and directorships, as well as compensation packages and benefits. She advises national and global clients on labour-related conduct within M&A transactions and restructuring. She also advises clients on issues regarding health and safety at work as well as independent/service contracts. Elisa is also active in industrial relationships with unions.
