Partners Mark Fennessy and Mark Fine and associates Nicholas Jupp and Alexander Andronikou co-authored an article in International Corporate Rescue regarding the findings of the High Court in relation to the gategroup restructuring.  It provides a view of its effects on the cross-border application of the Restructuring Plan and analyses the interplay between the Lugano Convention.

This article was first published in International Corporate Rescue. The primary purpose of the journal since its inception was to add a level of practitioner value on a range of corporate rescue and insolvency issues covering a multitude of jurisdictions that would make International Corporate Rescue one of the most relevant corporate restructuring and insolvency/bankruptcy journals in the marketplace.
