McDermott Will & Schulte advises Hivest Capital Partners on acquisition of Sustana

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Hivest Capital Partners, an independent European and US private equity firm, in its acquisition of Sustana.
Sustana is a North American manufacturer of specialty recycled fiber and sustainable packaging and paper. Hivest will work with management on an operational excellence program covering safety, mill reliability, energy and raw material efficiency, and procurement. It will also support targeted investment in the mills and recovery network, and selective add-on acquisitions in North America.
