Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte is advising Everspan Group, a specialty property and casualty insurance platform and wholly owned subsidiary of Octave Specialty Group, Inc. (NYSE: OSG), in connection with its sale of Providence Washington Insurance Company, a Rhode Island admitted shell company to Falvey Insurance Group. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
