McDermott advises Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Raynet

McDermott Will & Schulte has advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Raynet GmbH, a German provider of software solutions for IT visibility, IT asset management, and cybersecurity, from PINOVA Capital, as well as on the related acquisition financing.
Together with Main Capital, Raynet intends to accelerate its international expansion, strengthen strategic partnerships, and further develop its product offering across adjacent data management and security functionalities. These organic growth initiatives will be complemented by a targeted international buy-and-build strategy.
Raynet is a global software provider offering solutions and complementary managed services for the end-to-end management of IT projects and IT operational processes. Founded in 1999, the company is headquartered in Paderborn and maintains additional locations in Germany, the US, Poland, Turkey, and the UK.
Main Capital Partners is a private equity investor focused on software businesses in the Benelux countries, the DACH region, France, the Nordics, the UK and North America.
