Alexandra Prato focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for German and international clients.
She has extensive experience advising companies and financial investors from various industries on all aspects of Private Equity transactions including, carve-outs, joint ventures, and disposals as well as on general corporate law.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, Alexandra worked for another leading international law firm with the same advisory focus. Alexandra completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) in Munich, with stations at the Regional Court (Landgericht) in Munich, an international law firm in Munich and in the legal department of an international company in Shanghai.
