McDermott Will & Schulte advised the founders and shareholders of Gleamer, a French leading radiology AI company, on its sale to RadNet, a US leader in outpatient diagnostic imaging services.
Gleamer will be integrated into DeepHealth, RadNet’s wholly owned subsidiary. This acquisition further expands DeepHealth’s AI-powered health informatics solutions and services, making it the largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions worldwide.
