International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented S&S Activewear, the leading distributor of apparel and accessories in the United States and Canada, in its sale of Ouray Sportswear, a supplier for quality apparel and headwear to destination, collegiate, golf and corporate channels, to L2 Brands, a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of custom apparel and headwear.
The transaction closed on December 30, 2022 and was announced on January 3, 2023.
