Overview

Stefanie Soltwedel has nearly 15 years of experience in complex commercial disputes and sophisticated contractual matters. She advises German and international companies on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of complex commercial agreements, as well as on the enforcement and defense of claims arising from those agreements. A particular focus of her practice is long-term and commercially sensitive contractual relationships, especially plant construction, supply, procurement, distribution, logistics, and services agreements.

She represents clients in court proceedings and in out-of-court dispute resolution in domestic and cross-border commercial matters. Her experience includes complex damages claims, D&O and contract disputes, real estate-related disputes, and conflicts at the intersection of day-to-day business operations and strategic corporate decision-making.
