Sam Snider is a partner in McDermott’s Atlanta office and serves as its managing partner, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private placements.

His practice is notably cross-border, representing major global companies on single country and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including extensive experience in emerging market M&A and investments.

Before returning to private practice in 2017, he held senior in-house legal and compliance roles, including chief legal and compliance officer at a health information technology company and leader of the global M&A legal function for a FTSE 100 information and analytics business.

    • $5.2 billion sale of Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, Coca-Cola’s flagship African bottler with operations in 14 countries, to Coca-Cola Hellenic
    • $125 million sale of Chi Ltd., the leading producer of ready to drink fruit juice and dairy products in Nigeria
    • $1.4 billion sale of 40% of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Ltd. to the Jubilant Bhartia Group
