Sam Slater

Samantha Slater focuses her practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.

While in law school, Sam served as an executive board member for UCLA Law Women and was an active member of the Business Law Association. Samantha also volunteered as a writing advisor, where she assisted first-year students with their legal research and writing skills.
