Nils Ladewig

Nils Ladewig focuses his practice on restructuring and insolvency law, corporate law as well as on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He advises companies, executive and supervisory board members, shareholders, investors and creditors in both out-of-court restructuring – including corporate reorganizations and financial restructurings – and insolvency proceedings. In addition, Nils regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters as well as on national and cross-border M&A transactions.

Following his first state examination, Nils worked as a research assistant at an international law firm in the area of insurance law and at McDermott in the areas of restructuring, corporate and insolvency law. He also completed his legal clerkship at McDermott’s offices in Düsseldorf and Chicago.
