- Secured a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against former employees in litigation involving claims for trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of the duty of loyalty*
- Advised a large wholesale produce distribution and sourcing company serving retailers, foodservice distributors, and manufacturers across the United States and Mexico on employee mobility, restrictive covenant, and competitive hiring issues*
- Prepared matters for jury trial in state and federal courts, including a recent bellwether action involving employee misclassification claims in the trucking industry*
