Margaret Elliott is a part of the firm’s cryptocurrency team and focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters involving licensing and regulatory issues regarding blockchain, cryptocurrency and FinTech companies.
Margaret was also involved in a large-scale audit of asbestos bankruptcy trust claims and personal injury claims processors. She worked with trial teams in preparation for mediations and settlement negotiations involving audit deficiencies and the sufficiency of evidence submitted in connection with claims. She also oversaw the process of complex compliance evaluations.
