Overview
Joseph Anderson focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. Joseph’s practice balances regulatory compliance, transactional work, executive compensation, restrictive covenants, commercial and single plaintiff litigation, client advisory, workplace investigations and counseling.
While in law school, Joseph served as a summer law clerk for a children’s social services nonprofit, worked as a student librarian, served as the chairman of Georgetown’s Law and Political Economy chapter, and was a founding member of the Georgetown Law Barbell Society. He was an editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy and participated in the Community Wealth Building Practicum helping local business establish equitable frameworks and policies.
