  • Represented Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. in its $15.6 billion acquisition by Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc.*
  • Represented Mercuria Energy Group in its acquisition of J.P. Morgan’s physical energy and commodities business*
