Dr. Christian Masch advises clients on telecommunications, media and technology (TMT). He has longstanding experience in the fields of copyright, patent and data protection law. In complex international projects, he advises inter alia on data protection law.

As an experienced litigator, he frequently and successfully represents DAX and international companies – especially in the areas of media, information technology, intellectual property and corporate law – in state court proceedings, as well as in arbitrations.
