Bettina Holzberger advises clients on all aspects of German employment law, with a focus on cross-border transactions and individual and collective employment law matters.
Her practice includes drafting service agreements for senior executives and managing directors, bonus plans, secondment as well as termination and settlement agreements, often in an international context. She also regularly represents employers before labor courts, particularly in dismissal protection claims and disputes concerning equal treatment, fixed-term employment, parental leave and vacation entitlements.
