Ashley K. Justice focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation matters. She has supported patent litigation in US district courts involving a variety of technologies, including software and drug composition. She has experience drafting complaints, drafting discovery requests and responses, second-chairing fact and expert depositions, leading meet and confers, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Additionally, Ashley was a critical part of a pro bono team which proceeded through trial and resulted in a successful judgement in our client’s favor. During the trial, Ashley delivered the opening argument, handled cross examinations and a direct examination.
