Andrea J. Ruiz

Andrea J. Ruiz focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on secured and unsecured financings from initiation to post-close. She represents banks, private equity funds, joint ventures and companies in a variety of debt finance transactions. Andrea also brings in-house experience to her practice, having served as in-house counsel for a major media and entertainment company prior to joining the firm.
