International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been recognized as the Energy & Industrials Law Firm of the Year (Large Cap) as part of The Deal Awards 2021.

The Firm was highlighted for its work on behalf of The Sterling Group, an operationally focused private equity firm, and its portfolio company, Construction Supply Group, in connection with a combination transaction with the construction and industrial business of HD Supply Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: HDS), known as White Cap. McDermott was also noted for its representation of Chevron Corporation as special tax counsel in its acquisition of Noble Energy.
