Schulte Roth & Zabel advised Hildene Structured Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Hildene Capital Management, LLC, a diversified institutional asset manager focused on asset-based and credit opportunities, in its sixth new issue securitization of trust-preferred securities (TruPS ). The $311 million transaction is backed by collateral that Hildene obtained from liquidations of earlier securitizations and on the secondary market and the issue’s largest tranche received a “AAA” rating from the Kroll Bond Rating Agency and a “Aaa” rating from Moody’s Investors Service Inc.
