McDermott Will & Schulte advises Vesey Street Capital Partners in Inceptua Group’s acquisition of SupplyRx

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Vesey Street Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of SupplyRx, Inc. by its portfolio company Inceptua Group, a provider of clinical trial supply and related services, and early access programs. SupplyRx, Inc. is a U.S.-based technology-driven company providing cloud-based digital solutions for clinical trial pharmacy programs in the USA and Canada.

The acquisition strengthens Inceptua’s existing Pharmacy Model capabilities in North America, leveraging SupplyRx’s technology, processes, and pharmacy networks to improve the clinical supply chain, lowering supply costs, increasing efficiencies, and reducing waste.

The team was led by Michael Hacker with invaluable support from Valeria Chavez.
