McDermott Will & Schulte advises Elevation Capital Partners on its investment in SOFEMA

McDermott Will & Schulte advised Elevation Capital Partners, through its FPCI Elevation Patria fund, on its minority investment in SOFEMA, a leading French distributor of defense equipment and provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for military platforms.

This transaction marks a new step in SOFEMA’s history, driven by a shared commitment to accelerate its growth in its core businesses of distribution, MCO, and engineering for complex “turnkey” defense programs, as well as by an ambitious and targeted external growth strategy.

The McDermott Will & Schulte team working on this transaction consisted of Fabrice Piollet and Maxime Fradet, Partners, handling the corporate aspects of the transaction; Sabine Nauges, Partner, handling the regulatory aspects; and Côme de Saint-Vincent, Partner, handling the tax law aspects.
