Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Altai Capital in its agreement with OraSure Technologies, Inc., a leader in point-of-need and home diagnostic tests and sample management solutions, which resulted in the appointment of a new independent director and a commitment by OraSure to seek shareholder approval of a proposal to declassify its Board of Directors.
