McDermott Represents Datacore in its Acquisition of Mayadata

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Datacore Software Holdings, a Florida-based software-defined storage company and pioneer of the development of SAN virtualization technology, in its acquisition of Mayadata Holdings, a data agility company that offers software to accelerate the building and operations of stateful applications on Kubernetes based clouds.
