International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Cuisine Solutions Inc., the global leader and pioneer in sous vide premium foods, in its $250 million investment from Bain Capital, LP, a leading private multi-asset alternative investment firm. With this investment, Cuisine Solutions will gain additional resources to support accelerated product innovation, expand its business domestically and internationally, and increase its global manufacturing footprint beyond the United States, France and Thailand.

• The transaction was announced on June 6, 2022 and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
