Frankfurt, August 6, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Atruvia AG and SERVISCOPE AG on the acquisition of all shares in Service-Direkt Telemarketing Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (SDT) by SERVISCOPE AG.
Atruvia is the digitization partner of the cooperative FinanzGruppe. With approx. 5,260 employees the company generates an annual group revenue of around €1.5 billion (2023). SERVISCOPE, whose majority shareholder, is the central banking service provider to FinanzGruppe.
Founded in 1996, SDT offers telephone service, telephone banking and telephone marketing with around 350 employees at five locations throughout Germany. Prior to the transaction, Atruvia AG held a direct minority stake in SDT.
The McDermott team was led by partner Michael Cziesla and counsel Krasen Krastev and included counsel Isabelle Suzanne Müller, partner Heiko Kermer, counsel Marcus Fischer and associate Sönke Wassermann.
The team around Michael Cziesla regularly advises Atruvia on corporate transactions in the technology sector and provides ongoing advice on various legal issues.
