International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (Applied DNA), a leader in PCR-based DNA technologies, in its $3.44 Million registered direct offering of 5,644,061 shares of common stock (or prefunded warrants) priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules with certain existing institutional investors and a concurrent private placement of unregistered warrants.
