International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Acuity CFO Online Bookkeeping Accounting and Business Tax (Acuity), an online, full-service financial and accounting firm, in its acquisition of Catching Clouds, an ecommerce accounting tool. This merger brings together the two largest and technically advanced ecommerce firms and supports Amazon and Shopify sellers’ businesses.
