McDermott Will & Emery advised VALUES Real Estate on the purchase of the approx. 25,400 sqm “Industriepalast” in Leipzig from the fund EPISO 5 managed by Tristan Capital Partners and the KAURI CAB Group.
The “Industriepalast”, acquired by VALUES Real Estate for an institutional investor, is located in the historic Graphisches Viertel in the direct vicinity of Leipzig’s main railway station. The main tenant is Deutsche Bahn, which rents 70% of the space. The Industriepalast was built in 1913 and has been the headquarters for well-known companies since the beginning.
