Alina Affeld focuses her practice on real estate law.
She advises German and international clients, in particular institutional investors, project developers and real estate companies, on real estate transactions in Germany. In addition, she assists clients with ongoing asset management matters, with a particular focus on commercial leases. Her advice covers in particular office, residential, retail and hotel properties.
During her legal clerkship, Alina Affeld gained valuable experience in corporate law, M&A and real estate law at various law firms in Düsseldorf and London, including McDermott Will & Schulte. She also worked for the German Embassy in Myanmar.
