McDermott Will & Emery advised insolvency administrator Prof. Dr. Lucas F. Flöther on the sale of the portal www.preisvergleich.de of the UNISTER Group to GET AG. GET AG is an information service provider based in Leipzig, which will take over the 13 employees of the online portal and keep its headquarters in Leipzig.
