International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented S&S Activewear (S&S), a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel and accessories, in its sale to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R). The transaction will support long-term growth of S&S, with CD&R-managed funds investing alongside current owners and management to acquire S&S.
