McDermott Advises Five Arrows Direct Lending in a EUR 100 Million Fundraising for Oryx

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Five Arrows Direct Lending on the financing of Oryx Group’s shareholder restructuring through a new leveraged transaction.

The Oryx Group is raising new unitranche debt from Five Arrows Direct Lending. The group of real estate agents is looking to expand internationally through the establishment of offices abroad, and aims to reach the EUR 300 million revenue milestone within five years.
