Frankfurt, August 28, 2025 – McDermott Will & Schulte advised international B2B data provider Cognism on the sale of German-based NETSTAG to French digital marketing provider Positive Group. The transaction closed yesterday.
Headquartered in London, Cognism is a leading sales intelligence platform and provider of European B2B data, founded in 2015.
NETSTAG specializes in the development, marketing, and distribution of web applications, mobile applications, and Internet-based software solutions.
