McDermott Will & Schulte advised Apera Asset Management on the financing of the acquisition of the Drooms Group by private equity investor EOS Partners. EOS acquires a majority stake in the leading European provider of virtual data rooms.
Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, Drooms is a leading European platform that provides its more than 40,000 clients with the infrastructure to process transactions. Its clients include companies in the property, corporate finance, legal and energy sectors.
Apera is a pan-European mid-market private debt investor. The company currently has €6bn assets under management, with offices in London, Paris, Munich and Luxembourg.
