McDermott Advises Adler Group on the Sale of the Upper Nord Tower in Düsseldorf

Düsseldorf, April 16, 2025 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Adler Group on the sale of the “Upper Nord Tower” residential real estate project in Düsseldorf, Germany. The buyer is Phoenix Tower GmbH.
With a planned height of 120 meters, the Upper Nord Tower in the Düsseltal district is set to become one of the tallest buildings in the city.
The Adler Group is a Luxembourg-based real estate holding company with more than 500 subsidiaries, most of which operate in Germany.
The McDermott team was led by partners Alexa Ningelgen and Ulrich Flege and comprised associates Lene Niemeier and Thomas Hintzen.
