The State of Federal Tax Reform: A Federal and State Corporate Tax Perspective

Overview

Since the Tax Cuts and Job Creation Act (P.L. 115-97) became law last year, there have been efforts toward implementation and interpretation by the IRS and federal tax professionals. Additional funding has been approved for the IRS to cope and there has been speculation regarding potential technical correction legislation. The states have also been struggling to interpret the provisions and how they apply in a state tax context, including both conformity issues and the ripple-effects of federal tax reform.

The Federal and State Committees, in collaboration with McDermott Will & Emery, invite you to attend a Tax Reform Seminar on Tuesday, May 15, where the leaders in McDermott’s Tax Practice will discuss the latest developments of the reform.
