We would like to welcome you to join our first breakfast training workshop, Anatomy of a Private Equity Transaction.
McDermott, together with other leading professional advisory firms, will be hosting a series of workshops during 2023 aimed at helping private equity executives understand how the legal aspects of private equity transactions interact with the overall transaction, ensuring that the acquisition, financing, structuring and equity workstreams are coordinated efficiently.
As the first session in the series, this workshop will provide an overview of key issues and considerations arising on a private equity transaction, with subsequent sessions taking a deeper dive into those topics.
This workshop will take place in our new London office and breakfast will be provided. If you are unable to join us in person, please join us virtually by registering via the Zoom link.
This series is open to all but will be particularly beneficial to junior and mid-ranking executives and will also provide an opportunity for these executives to network with their peers.
