Roger Kuan and Jason Novak presented on methods to develop defensible intellectual property protection for innovations in the personalized and precision medicine space, including a discussion of recent United States Supreme Court holdings that have made some categories of inventions (that are commonly found in personalized/precision medicine and digital health innovations) difficult to patent.
