Partner Todd Solomon lead a breakout session entitled, “Savings Plan Lawsuits On the Rise: Best Practices for Plan Fiduciaries” at the 32^nd Annual EBI Conference.

This session was provided a high-level overview of the landscape relating to lawsuits brought against sponsors of savings plans, such as 401(k) plans and 403(b) plans, and detailed best practices for fiduciaries to take to protect themselves against claims.
