McDermott Will & Schulte advises Mérieux NutriSciences on completion of Certified Group acquisition

Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Mérieux NutriSciences, a global leader in food safety, quality, and sustainability, in the closing of its previously announced acquisition of Certified Group. The transaction unites two complementary leaders in the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) sector.
With approximately $300 million in revenue, Certified Group brings 31 laboratories and over 1,600 employees into Mérieux NutriSciences’ global network. The integration also adds more than 170 independent regulatory consultants across the United States and Canada.
