Medas Group is a leading German specialist for private medical billing. For more than 45 years, Medas has established itself nationwide as a trusted partner for more than 2,000 medical practices and medical facilities, offering a comprehensive service portfolio covering GOÄ consulting, billing review, factoring and claims management.

With NORD Holding’s support, Medas Group aims to continue expanding its position as a leading revenue cycle management platform in the German healthcare market. The partnership with NORD Holding is intended to further relieve physicians from administrative tasks and support the continued development of digital, data-driven billing and administration processes, as well as further organic growth and targeted acquisitions in additional medical specialties.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) under the applicable owner control procedure.
